V. Inspection results

According to statistics, this joint special inspection has dispatched 2 vehicles and 40 inspectors. The inspection shows that the overall food hygiene of the catering units in our county is good, but there are still many problems.
Most of the units under inspection can establish a sound health organization and health system. All the ingredients are labelled and meet the food hygiene requirements; the food warehouse can be sorted, stored off the wall, and stored off the ground; no expired food is found; no toxic or harmful food is stored in the warehouse; the number of food refrigeration facilities is sufficient, the operation is normal, and Make raw and cooked foods to be stored separately.
The catering business premises are clean and tidy inside and outside, maintain good environmental sanitation, and have reasonable layout and function partitions. The initial processing is divided into vegetables, meat, aquatic products and other areas or areas; the processing process is divided into primary processing, finishing, cooking, and the raw and cooked partition. The cleaning, disinfection and cleaning facilities of the tableware are complete and put into place.

The inspectors conducted in-depth and meticulous inspections of the relevant units and found that the main problems were as follows:
