Personnel Specialist
Part 1: The duties of the personnel commissioner
1. Responsible for the management of personnel files of all employees.
2. Responsible for the follow-up assessment of the new employee's probation period, the promotion of salary increase and the signing of the transfer contract and the formation of corresponding archives.

Part 2: Personnel Specialist Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the statistics of the number of departments in the company;

Responsible for the signing, renewal, change, dissolution, and disputes of the employee's labor contract;

Responsible for the payment and management of various social insurance funds of the company;
Responsible for the attendance summary of various departments of the company, as well as the summary and statistics of various holidays;
Timely do a good job in the various statistical reports of the Ministry of Manpower Training;
Responsible for the management of internal files and records; responsible for the custody of the company's personnel files and the management of various archives;
Responsible for the exchange and coordination of internal and external information, do a good job in recording and statistics, and communicate to all departments on a regular basis;
Do a good job in collecting laws and regulations in this department;
