First, the company has developed a product classification and a system for the signing of various products.
In order to effectively carry out production and inspection, we classify the company's products into three categories: Y, H and P.
Y grade: small boxes, middle boxes, cartons, color samples, color leaflets, hand-made bags, color bottle stickers, etc. of each pharmaceutical factory. Such products are the company's key products, requiring three levels of signing, the workshop director is the first level, the quality inspection department manager is the second level, and the general manager is the third level.

b. Whether the rule line is complete and the overprint is accurate.

d. Whether the hue is consistent with the sample, the newly adjusted spot color ink must be sent to the QC Department for confirmation before use.
e. Whether the pattern position is correct, whether it is in the paper web, whether the text is correct, whether there is any missing version, missing words, typos, and lack of pen break.
f. Measure the density of the sample proofs in time and record, and write the proportion of the color sequence and the spot color ink.
g. Each batch of product revision should be carefully compared with the sample to check whether the position and pattern are correct. The new version of the product must use the imposition map to check whether the imposition is correct.
h. Self-retrograde products should see if the reverse side is scratched, and whether the bite is reversed.
I. Products with die-cutting indentation should be folded on their own, page number is correct, etc.
The sample is signed in duplicate, and each of the quality inspection department and the production department keeps one copy and puts them into a special signature storage cabinet. 1.
