Article 7 If you are unable to go through the formalities of leave in advance, you must notify the supervisor by telephone and complete the formalities afterwards; otherwise, you will be treated as absenteeism.

Article 8 Those who have left the post without authorization, or who have not yet sold or renewed their leave after the expiration of the holiday, are all on the basis of absenteeism and deducted the monthly salary.

Article 9 If you are on leave for personal reasons, you should give priority to using personal work or annual leave, and if it is not enough, you can apply for leave.

Article 10 The leave of absence is the minimum unit, and the repair is calculated for more than half a day.

Article 11 Calculation of holidays.

1. Employees' leave holidays are consecutive for 5 days or less, and public holidays or statutory holidays are not counted.

2. Employees' leave holidays are consecutive for more than 5 days, during which public holidays or statutory holidays are counted.

Article 12 The sick leave of an employee shall not be offset by overtime work.

Article 13 Employees' sick leave within one year shall be more than one month, and they shall not enjoy the annual leave of the year; those who arrange for recuperation or recuperation may make up for the insufficient number of days of annual leave; those who are out of production or semi-production shall not enjoy the same year. annual leave.

Article 14 The mid- and senior-level staff members of the company shall be required to file a case in the general manager's office for approval, and shall record the contact information of the leave-in-person to prepare for emergency contact and maintain normal working order.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 15 These Measures shall be interpreted and supplemented by the Ministry of Personnel and approved by the General Meeting of the General Manager of the Company.

The first program of leave and approval

1. Employees are required to take leave of absence, or they should perform the approval procedures in advance with the leave of absence or relevant certificates. If the holiday expires, they should return to work in time.

3. The employee's leave of each subsidiary shall be approved by the employee directly for one day or less. If the leave is 1-2 days, the employee shall directly approve it by the superior, and the deputy general manager of the subsidiary shall approve it; if the leave is 2-5 days, it shall be reported to the superior for approval. Approved by the general manager of the subsidiary; after the approval of the general manager for more than 5 days, it will be reported to the president of the group for approval. The group office and the company will be listed for the record, and the department will arrange the work agent.

4. Middle-level cadres of each subsidiary shall take leave of absence, and one day shall be approved by the deputy general manager of the subsidiary; those who leave for 1-2 days shall be examined and approved by the deputy general manager of the subsidiary and approved by the general manager; 2-5 days shall be subject to the approval of the general manager of the subsidiary, and then reported The group's vice president approves; for more than 5 days, in addition to the above procedures, it must be reported to the group president for approval. The leave officer specifies the department responsible agent during the leave.

5. The employee of the group company shall be directly approved by the employee for one day or less; any leave for 1-2 days shall be approved by the direct superior and approved by the competent vice president; those who have been on leave for more than 2 days shall report to the direct superior review, and the vice president of the group company Approval, and then approved by the group president, the group office records, the department arranges the work agent.

6. The middle-level cadres of the group company shall be on leave, and shall be reported to the deputy general manager for approval within 2 days; the approval shall be approved by the competent vice president and the president for more than 2 days, and the department agent in charge during the vacation shall be designated.

7. Executives: The total assistance, deputy general manager and general manager of each subsidiary shall be approved by the vice president of the group within one day, and approved by the president of the group for more than one day; the general assistance and vice president of the group company shall be subject to leave of approval by the president.
