Attached: The maternity leave period of female workers shall not be less than 90 days. Among them, 15 days before the birth. For dystocia, increase maternity leave for fifteen days; for multiple births, each additional birth of one baby will increase maternity leave for fifteen days.
Female workers who have miscarried within three months of pregnancy shall be given maternity leave of 20 to 30 days according to the certificate of the medical unit; for maternity leave of more than three months and less than seven months, forty-two days of maternity leave; for more than seven months, maternity leave nine Ten days.
Allow one to two weeks to gradually restore the original amount of work when the production holiday is full.
