How to calculate the holiday salary for the Chinese New Year


Monthly salary / 21.75 = daily salary.

The Labor Law stipulates that 40 hours of work per week and 5 days are 8 hours a day. If you are over, you have to pay for overtime. If the company can't arrange for a holiday, it will pay for overtime. The leave deduction is different according to the nature of the leave

In January XX, the actual working days are 23 days. The minimum wage in your city is 600, 80% of 600 is 480,480/20.92=22.94, and the 4-day salary during your sick leave is 22.94*4=91.76. The salary of other working days in the month is calculated as: 3500/20.92=167.3, 19 days is 167.3*19=3178.78, then your salary in this month should be 3178.78+91.76=3270.54, of course, this is tax-included.

The national holiday is closed for two days a week, then according to January 31 days, you should go to work for 23 days. Personally think that 3500 divided by 23 and then multiplied by 4, the income is the money you deduct.

c. Calculation of leave payables:

Actual leave time × hourly wage

Actual leave time × daily wage
