Chapter I General Provisions

Chapter 2 Leave Program

The second employee fills in the leave form, indicating the type of leave, leave, time, cause, and handover, and is approved by the leaders at all levels and reported to the personnel department for record.

Article 7 If you are unable to go through the formalities of leave in advance, you must notify the supervisor by telephone and complete the formalities afterwards; otherwise, you will be treated as absenteeism.

Article 8 Those who have left the post without authorization, or who have not yet sold or renewed their leave after the expiration of the holiday, are all on the basis of absenteeism and deducted the monthly salary.

Article 9 If you are on leave for personal reasons, you should give priority to using personal work or annual leave, and if it is not enough, you can apply for leave.

Article 10 The leave of absence is the minimum unit, and the repair is calculated for more than half a day.

Article 11 Calculation of holidays.

1. Employees' leave holidays are consecutive for 5 days or less, and public holidays or statutory holidays are not counted.

2. Employees' leave holidays are consecutive for more than 5 days, during which public holidays or statutory holidays are counted.

Article 12 The sick leave of an employee shall not be offset by overtime work.

Article 13 Employees' sick leave within one year shall be more than one month, and they shall not enjoy the annual leave of the year; those who arrange for recuperation or recuperation may make up for the insufficient number of days of annual leave; those who are out of production or semi-production shall not enjoy the same year. annual leave.

Article 14 The mid- and senior-level staff members of the company shall be required to file a case in the general manager's office for approval, and shall record the contact information of the leave-in-person to prepare for emergency contact and maintain normal working order.

Chapter V Supplementary Provisions

Article 15 These Measures shall be interpreted and supplemented by the Ministry of Personnel and approved by the General Meeting of the General Manager of the Company.

About paying wages

The term "deduction" as used in Article 15 of the Regulations means that the employer deducts the wages payable to the employee without justifiable reasons. Excludes the following reductions in wages: it is clearly stipulated in the laws and regulations of the state; it is clearly stipulated in the labor contract signed according to law; the rules and regulations of the employer and the factory approved by the employer are clearly defined in the factory. The total wages of enterprises are linked to economic benefits. When economic benefits fall, wages must be lowered; laborers are required to leave their wages and so on.

If the company’s regulations are passed by the Staff Representative Conference, it is legal; otherwise it is illegal.

Arrears or deductions for labor remuneration or overtime pay may be settled in accordance with Article 3 of the Economic Compensation Measures for Violation and Relief of Labor Contracts and Article 85 of the Labor Contract Law. The difference is that the former can directly claim that the latter needs to be claimed after the labor department has ordered it.
