Although I am only an ordinary rural youth who has been engaged in low-end industries for a long time and has low academic qualifications, this does not prevent me from learning advanced ideas and pursuing lofty goals in life. In terms of work, I have changed a lot of work for a long time, and my work place is very unstable. However, I have always insisted on doing a line of love and dedication, and strive to make extraordinary achievements in ordinary posts. My work achievements over the past few years have also proved this. In terms of thinking and learning, although my starting point is relatively low, formal education does not accept much, but Ideological and theoretical learning and vocational skills learning have not been relaxed, because I deeply know that there is only one ideologically mature and superior in ability. Talent is the talent that the party and the country really need. What needs to be pointed out is that the party's various policies for benefiting farmers are an important reference material for me to study the party's ideological and policy line. After a few years, ideological awareness has also been greatly improved. In life, he has been living in a foreign land for a long time, and he has done his own limited strength for various public welfare undertakings in the village. In the two years of returning to the countryside, regardless of the size of the affairs in the village, I can say that I am actively participating and courageously dedicating myself, and sincerely pursuing the welfare of the whole village.

At the same time, what needs to be shown to the party organizations is that I also have many shortcomings. For example, there is still a great lack of study on the political and ideological theory of our party. Being in the countryside for a long time has made me suffer some negative effects in rural culture for a long time. The edification of thoughts, there are inevitably some small peasant consciousness, and the eyes are not wide enough, all of which urgently need to be learned and corrected in later life. Of course, if I am fortunate enough to get criticism and teaching from party organizations and party members, I believe that my progress will be more obvious.

Regardless of whether the party organization accepts my request to join the party, I will refrain from arrogance and arrogance, prudently practise, and continue to strictly regulate my words and deeds at the request of a party member.
