learn to swim

I took part in swimming this summer.

I came to the swimming pool, I put on my swimsuit and went into the swimming pool. The swimming pool is bigger than the basketball court, and the blue water is crystal clear. I looked at the water in the pool, and my heart was a little nervous. The coach told us to relax. When I got into the water, I slowly relaxed and my mood became natural. The coach first taught us how to learn. The coach said: "First take a deep breath, then hold your breath, then, head down." When the coach finished, let us practice, but my head would not dare to go into the water. The coach encouraged me to say: "Don't worry, go home and get a washbasin, practice more." I listened to the coach's words, and made up my mind to go home every day to get a washbasin. After I practiced hard, I was finally able to "muffle my head". The coach also taught us to raise our arms, water, and float... The arm is that people are crawling up and floating in the water. The two arms are moving forward and backward, and the feet are pumping water, and the people swim forward. Every time I practiced going home, I always felt my arms hurt and hurt, but I kept sticking. In the last day of the game, I asked for a 10 meter tour. I swam 17 meters. This summer, I have gained a lot and learned a skill - swimming.
