Mid-Autumn Festival

The 15th lunar month of the lunar calendar is the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the Mid-Autumn Festival is a day of reunion. Today is the Mid-Autumn Festival, my father and my mother went to the grandfather's house for the Mid-Autumn Festival.

When I arrived at my grandfather’s house, the family’s people were all in one place, and the family was very lively. I counted a total of 23 people. Grandpa was the most happy, watching the whole family get together, and excitedly shed tears. It’s not easy for a family to gather together. We had a happy dinner together.

Finally, at night, we moved the table to the yard, and the table was full of delicious food. There are red apples, yellow pears, flaming red persimmons, pale yellow and light yellow grapefruits, and the main mooncakes of the Mid-Autumn Festival. As we ate and looked up at the sky, the moon came out like a shy girl, so round! The moon is a white jade plate, hanging high in the sky.

It’s so good to eat moon cakes and enjoy the moon! This is my Mid-Autumn Festival.
