Observing ants

At noon today, I observed the ants on the open space at the door of my house. The ants are black and squat. The body is very small. It is only as long as a black rice. The ants have six legs. There are two tentacles that can only be shaken on the head. The body is one section. It looks very cute; it crawls up and down on the ground, rarely seeing it rest, I accidentally touched it, and it quickly fled. I don't know why it ran, just ask Dad, Dad asked me to find the answer myself. I ran to the bookcase and hurriedly opened the "100,000 Why"! found it! It turns out that the ant thought that I wanted to attack it, so it only escaped. Escape is the defense instinct that animals have.

Through the observation of the ants, I have gained a better understanding of the small animals, and also made me have a stronger interest in the creatures.
