Article 2 Prevention and Control Scope and Quality Standards

Article 3 Party A shall be responsible for matters

1. Provide the project approval document plan, structural plan and other related drawings and advance the project start date one week ahead of schedule, and notify the Party B three days in advance of the actual construction date of the branch project, so as to prepare for the preventive construction plan.

2. Do a good job in coordination and coordination with Party B, provide Party B with necessary construction conditions such as water and electricity, and urge the construction unit to provide Party B with necessary preventive construction.

3. During the contract period, Party B shall provide Party B with a description of the occurrence of the ant damage and provide Party B with the convenience of returning the visit to the preventive project. 4. During the application of Party B, Party A’s unrelated personnel should withdraw from the application site.

5. If the ant is reoccurring, Party B shall charge Party A the corresponding cost of extinction according to the relevant regulations on the elimination of termites.

3. After the construction of the termite prevention project, Party B shall promptly issue the “Completion Report of the New House Termite Prevention Project” and the “New House Termite Prevention Project Completion Acceptance Form” to Party A as the basis for the completion and acceptance of the new house termite prevention project, and Regularly review and review the projects for prevention and treatment.
