Article 4: Liabilities and obligations of both parties

1. Party A's responsibilities and obligations

1. Responsible for providing drawings and technical disclosure, quality cross-border, safe and civilized construction, and responsible for providing leveling control points.

4. Supervise and assess the quality, safety, civilized construction, construction period, legal employment and limit picking of Party B during construction. When Party B fails to meet the requirements, it shall propose to rectify within a time limit and urge the Party B to rectify and rectify.

5. Implement the quota picking system to assess and reward the punishment of Party B's quota.

2. Party B's responsibilities and obligations

1. All problems of food and accommodation of Party B shall be resolved by themselves.

2. Party B must obey the supervision of Party A, follow the unified deployment of Party A, and obey the overall management and coordination arrangement of Party A's project management department. If it does not obey the supervision and supervision of Party A's management personnel, it shall be fined 200 yuan/person. , deducted from the project.

3. Party B workers must meet the requirements of construction schedule, project quality, material management and safe and civilized construction. For special types of operators, they must be certified and provide valid copies to Party A. Otherwise, Party A has the right to hire another worker to undertake the part of the work, and the expenses incurred are doubled directly from Party B's construction cost.

4. Party B shall provide Party A with a roster of its own workers after the signing of the contract. In order to ensure the normal operation of the construction, Party B's replacement workers must obtain the consent of Party A's on-site management personnel before the construction can be replaced. This content will be used as one of the end-of-month assessment contents.

5. Party B shall be responsible for the settlement of construction safety protection, and Party A shall provide necessary materials.

Article 5: Material Management

1. Party A directly supplies the materials to the construction site to ensure the normal construction of the construction site. Party B shall sign the quality and quantity of the incoming materials on site. If there is any objection, it shall be submitted to Party A immediately, otherwise Party A will regard Party B as having accepted the batch of materials.

2. Party A shall provide the product qualification certificate at the same time as the supply of materials, Party B shall conduct the acceptance according to the relevant regulations, accept the acceptance and handle the handover procedures as the basis for the material transfer and settlement costs. Party B has the responsibility and obligation to cooperate with Party A in the acceptance, storage and sampling of materials entering the construction site.

3. Party B shall strictly follow the concrete mix ratio construction to ensure that the concrete strength meets the design requirements. In the course of construction, Party B shall bear all economic losses due to quality and safety accidents caused by improper use or misuse.

4. The transportation, secondary reversal and storage of materials shall be resolved by Party B itself. Party B must do a good job in the protection of finished products and machinery. For Party B, such as motorized dump trucks, mixers, sewage pumps, vibrators, etc., Party B shall handle the procedures for repair and maintenance during the construction process. . If a small machine or material is damaged or lost, Party A will be entitled to a fine of 1.5 times the original price.

5. Party B must obey the arrangement of Party A and use materials reasonably. No waste shall occur. Upon discovery, Party A will impose a fine of 500-XX yuan/time. If the circumstances are serious, it will be severely punished.

6. Party B must follow the design and specifications requirements, otherwise all the additional costs will be borne by Party B.

Article 6: Contract price and payment method

1. Comprehensive unit price of contract:

Masonry construction: 15 yuan / m2

The above unit price is the comprehensive price, including the related clearing, drainage, material field transportation, scaffolding construction, material care, maintenance, manual smashing, mixer installation and demolition, safety protection and other auxiliary operations. 2, payment method

There is no advance payment for this project. After the acceptance on the 25th of each month, 70% of the completed qualified work will be settled, and the remaining construction funds will be paid after the completion of the project.

3. Party B shall bear all the expenses for the rework expenses caused by Party B, and Party A shall deduct the labor expenses from Party B.

Article 8: Duration

1. The construction period is 50 days as the control target.

2. Party B shall comply with Party A's overall construction plan and schedule requirements. The construction organization design and project progress plan shall be strictly implemented once Party A agrees.

3. If the construction period caused by Party B's own reasons is delayed, Party A will impose a fine of XX yuan per day. After delaying for more than 15 days, Party B will leave the company on its own.

4. When the project passes the experience, Party B must evacuate the site within one week, including all construction personnel, machine tools, etc., so that the work is completed.

Article 9: Safe Construction and Civilized Construction

1. The safety goal is to ensure that no safety incidents occur. Party B shall do a good job in safety education and safety protection in accordance with the regulations of the relevant departments of Suzhou City. This contract is followed by a security agreement as a supplement to this contract.

2. Party B must ensure safe and civilized construction, and a safety accident occurs. All losses shall be borne by Party B. When a person has a casualty accident, Party B shall immediately rescue and be responsible for protecting the scene.

3. If Party B has a fight, a dispute with nearby residents, no identity card, temporary residence permit, damage to the corporate image of the general contractor, and failure to go to the municipal government or the owner for trouble without any agreement, Party A will be based on the severity of the plot. A fine of 500 yuan will be given each time, and the fine will be deducted from the construction cost of the current month.

4. Party B shall do a civilized construction in accordance with the management requirements of Party A. The materials shall be piled up neatly, and the construction waste generated by Party B's construction shall be cleared and transported in time to ensure the cleanliness of the work and keep the site clean and tidy. When Party B fails to meet Party A's requirements for civilized construction sites, Party A has the right to make corrections and impose a corresponding fine.

Article 10: Quality requirements

1. The quality level requirement of this project is excellent, and it is not 100% excellent. Party A will impose penalties on Party B according to the owner's penalty of 1.5 times. If the quality problems caused by Party B occur, all economic losses caused by rework will be borne by Party B. If Party A finds that Party B has violated the rules during the process, Party A's on-site management personnel will impose a fine on the spot. The amount will be determined according to the seriousness of the case and will be deducted from the project payment in the current month.

2. Party B must follow the construction acceptance specifications, quality inspection standards, design requirements and instructions issued by the owner's representative, strictly follow the construction organization design and construction plan, establish a security system, and improve the quality daily inspection system. Check the record.

3. Concealed project Party B shall notify Party A in advance to make a self-inspection record, and shall not construct the next process without the approval of the owner and the supervisor.

4. If Party A needs to review the concealed project that has been approved, if the review result does not meet the design requirements or the quality is unqualified, the review fee shall be borne by Party B, and the construction period shall not be postponed.

When Party B cannot meet Party A's construction requirements, Party A will have the right to terminate the contract and order it to exit, and at the same time, according to the completed workload verified by Party A and Party B, the market price in the contract price will be settled. Party B shall withdraw unconditionally and Party A shall not pay any fees.

Other unfinished matters, the two sides negotiated to resolve the signing of the supplementary agreement, with the same legal effect.
