Decoration agreement

________ Ltd. is to unify and improve the storefront and product image of ______________________________. To create a better sales environment for Party B, and through consultations between the two parties, the following agreements will be reached on the principle of voluntariness, equality, mutual benefit and mutual benefit:

1. From the date of signing the agreement, Party A is responsible for providing Party B with the overall design and decoration of the store. The decoration includes:

Design, production and installation of door billboards;

Design, production and installation of product image walls;

Design, production and installation of product display stands;

The color of the main body of the store is formulated and painted;

Design, production and installation of the hanging flag in the store;

Party A shall provide Party B with a set of samples, four sets of work clothes and various certificates and product descriptions for free.

2. From the date of signing the agreement, Party B shall pay Party A the decoration guarantee deposit of RMB _____________ yuan.

3. Party B shall not concurrently engage in other brands or products that conflict with Party A within one year from the date of signing the agreement, otherwise Party B's decoration deposit will be deducted.

4. After one year of cooperation between Party A and Party B, Party B can maintain Party A's product image very well, and there is no breach of contract. Party A will return Party B's decoration deposit.

5. This Agreement is in three copies, two for Party A and one for Party B.

6. The amendments to this Agreement shall be settled by mutual agreement.
