In order to promote enterprise e-commerce and btob business application, accelerate enterprise development, expand popularity, build well-known brands, and establish a good corporate image and business reputation, Party A and Party B have reached an agreement to reach the following agreement:
1. Party A shall undertake the corporate website and provide network services for Party B, and construct a corporate website according to the requirements of the enterprise.
Second, the rights of Party B:
1. Enjoy the computer hardware, software and network services provided by Party A;
2. Publish information on enterprise product supply, purchase, recruitment, cooperation and business agency on Da Zhou Metal Network and cooperation website;
3. Provide information on exchanges and cooperation between enterprises and institutions according to the requirements of enterprises, introduce new products, new technologies, new processes, new materials, new equipment, and consult industry information;
4. Provide dynamic price information of enterprise products, report the price trend of major products in the industry, and conduct market analysis;
5. Other matters are subject to negotiation between the parties.
3. Party B shall promptly provide Party A with the company introduction, product catalogue and price information, and provide various written and picture materials such as product supply and demand, business agency, investment attraction, project cooperation, and recruitment of employees.
4. The term of agreement between Party A and Party B shall be one year. From the date of the year to the day of the month, the production and maintenance costs of the website shall be collected on a per-yuan basis. Party B shall pay Party A a percentage of the enterprise website for the production and maintenance fee after the agreement takes effect. The deadline for the construction of the website will be one-time payment of the balance after the website has been completed and accepted by Party B.
5. After the expiration of the agreement, the two parties may negotiate the service period and pay the maintenance fee for each year. If there is any change, the agreement between the two parties shall prevail.
6. According to Party B's needs, Party A shall apply for 3721, general website registration, and search engines such as google and Baidu to search for advertisements. The fees shall be charged according to the standards provided by the service provider.

7. Party A will take practical measures to protect Party B's rights, strengthen the management of intellectual property rights such as trademarks, patents, and practical technologies, and protect business and personal business information and business secrets.
8. If a party fails to perform its obligations under this contract, it shall be deemed to be a breach of the contract, and the defaulting party shall be responsible for compensating the other party for the loss of all direct and available benefits arising from the breach of contract.
IX. This Agreement shall enter into force upon signature by the responsible persons of both parties, and the Agreement shall be in duplicate.
10. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
