Training institution cooperation agreement

After the agreement between Party A and Party B, the following agreements are reached on cooperation matters:

First, Party A’s responsibility

1. Party A shall give full play to the advantages of the intermediary institutions in the talent market, and as a priority recommendation cooperation institution for Party B's employment;

2. The following five free services are provided to Party B on the training channel of Party A's website:

1 release the company's basic profile;

2 release training course information;

3 release the latest training information;

4 release training instructor information;

5 released a success story.

3. Place Party B's promotional materials at the training information requesting office of Party A's job fair for free recruitment by recruiting companies and individual job seekers.

Second, Party B’s responsibility

1. Incorporate Party A's website into Party B's external publicity system as one of Party B's online registration points;

2. If Party B has its own company website, it must make a logo link for Party A's website on the homepage of Party B's website;

3. During the term of the contract, provide discounted course discounts for members who have signed up for Party B's training courses through Party A's publicity channels;

4. Provide a publicity venue for Party A at the training site of Party B.

Third, liability for breach of contract

1. If one of Party A and Party B refuses to perform the corresponding responsibilities from the date of signing the agreement, the other party has the right to terminate the agreement and make corresponding compensation accordingly;

2. If the responsibilities of the two parties cannot be fulfilled as required due to force majeure, they may be postponed or the parties may negotiate to terminate the agreement.

Fourth, the term of the agreement

1. This Agreement is valid from _________ years _________ months _________ days to _________ years _________ months _________ days

2. In the event of a dispute during the term of the agreement, Party A and Party B shall negotiate and resolve in a mutually understanding manner. If the negotiation fails, the relevant legal procedures shall be resolved.

3. If this Agreement expires without renewal, it shall be deemed to be automatically terminated.

Five, other

Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be agreed upon by both parties and shall be the subsidiary file of the Agreement and shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement.

This Agreement is made in two copies, each party holding one copy, effective from the date of the signature and seal of both parties.
