Party A and Party B reached the following agreement on hotel room reservation business in accordance with the principle of mutual benefit:

I. About room type and house price

1. Party B provides the room price to Party A as follows:

2. If Party B's individual price adjustment or special price is introduced, Party B shall promptly notify Party A; if Party B's price decreases, the agreed price given to Party A shall be adjusted downward according to the proportion of decline, so that Party A's sales price is always lower than Party B. Current store discount price.

3. If Party B fails to notify Party A's hotel business department in writing or by email three days in advance of the provisional adjustment of the agreed price of the reservation company, Party B will allow Party A's booking customer to check in at the original agreed price in the room booked before the price change.

4. When Party A's customer stays at the hotel, Party B will charge the guest directly the room rate according to the agreed price specified by Party A's fax.

Second, about room reservations

1. Party A is free to provide customers with the necessary incentives and necessary promotions. Party B is responsible for coordinating the hotel sales department, the reservation department and the front desk, and coordinating with the implementation of Party A's reservation form to confirm the check-in arrangements with the customers.

2. Under the circumstance, Party B will provide the room as a reserved room for Party A's reservation every day. Party B shall ensure that Party A reserves the room within the reserved room amount, and Party A will actively promote the reserved room provided by Party B.

3. When Party B's room volume is tight, Party B shall notify Party A in advance so that Party A can adjust the reservation in time and explain it to the customer; for emergency reservation, if Party B cannot contact Party B's sales personnel, Party A will directly send a fax to Party B's front desk. It shall be received by the front desk of Party B according to the fax content of Party A.

4. If Party A cannot successfully check in due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall be responsible for free upgrade to the guest or, if the guest agrees, arrange for the same hotel with the same star rating and the same price, and the commission shall be refunded as usual.

5. Party A's check-out time is 12:00 noon. If the guest requests a late check-out, Party B can satisfy the requirements of Party A as far as possible.

6. When Party A requests directly to Party B to extend the stay, Party B shall require the guest to notify Party A in time and must re-book through Party A. If due to special circumstances, Party B may first renew the guest's original fax reservation price, and then notify Party A's reservation department to reissue the extended reservation form.

Third, on the night of the booking of Party A

Party A has the following two methods for booking night audits. Party B decides to choose the _____ cooperation method.

1. Party A will contact the hotel reception directly by telephone at around 24:00 on the same day. The hotel should inform the front desk to cooperate and correctly inform the customer whether the customer booked by Party A arrives at the store, the customer's room number, the continuation or the early departure.

2. On the morning of the next morning, Party A will send the reservation form of the previous day and the list of the customers who have already stayed to the hotel sales department. The hotel person will fill in the guest room number on the reservation form summary form and on the guest list. Fill in the correct departure date of the guest and return it to Party A in the afternoon.

4. Reconciliation, rebates and other incentives

1. Party A shall provide Party B with the detailed information of Party A's stay after the last night of the month before the 5th of each month. After verification by both parties, the commission for the reservation will be remitted by Party B to the account designated by Party A before the 15th of each month, and Party A will issue an invoice to Party B. If Party B fails to remit money on time, Party A will charge Party B a late fee of 1‰ per day.

2. When there are discrepancies between the nights of the two parties, the bank's cashier record shall prevail. If there is a cross-month reservation, it will be counted in the next month.

3. In order to encourage Party A to vigorously promote Party B's guest rooms, Party B has also formulated incentive measures as follows:

Five, other

1. This contract is made in two copies, each party holds one copy, and the contract has a legal effect after being signed.

3. Party A and Party B shall not disclose the terms of this Agreement to third parties.

4. All matters and operating procedures of this Agreement shall be the responsibility of both parties.

5. The parties shall not unilaterally alter or terminate this Agreement unilaterally.

6. Matters not covered in this contract may be settled through negotiation between the two parties. If the parties have disputed the implementation of this contract and cannot resolve it by negotiation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the local arbitration committee and make the award according to the arbitration rules of the arbitration commission.
