Article 5 Quality Assurance

Article 6 after-sales service

1. The equipment ordered in the contract, the seller is responsible for equipment commissioning after the arrival of the goods and a one-year free warranty, and a lifetime of paid maintenance service after one year.

2. The seller promises to upgrade the equipment software ordered by the contract free of charge and provide the following services to the buyer:

1) Upgrade the software.

2) Provide an "Upgrade Instructions" in writing that contains issues that are clearly guaranteed to be addressed by the upgrade.

3) If the written information is provided in accordance with the buyer's network, the “Upgrade Operation Plan” is approved by the buyer.

4) Equipment and software required for all necessary technical support and upgrade operations.

3. The buyer is not covered by the warranty due to accidents caused by accidents or other force majeure factors, but the seller is responsible for the paid repair service. In the case of quality problems, the seller accepts the buyer's return request within one month.

4. The seller provides the equipment maintenance service after the warranty period, and the maintenance fee is 50% plus the cost price of the parts.

Article 7 Packaging

Article 8 inspection

2. After the buyer receives the equipment, if the equipment is found to be missing or damaged, the buyer shall make a detailed record for both parties to verify, and the seller shall be responsible for inquiring or claiming with the relevant department.

Article IX Claim

Article 10 Extension and fine

1. If the seller fails to deliver the goods in time according to the contract, except for the force majeure accident, if the seller agrees to pay the extension penalty, the buyer shall agree to postpone the delivery, and the fine shall not exceed ______% of the total value of the equipment. The penalty rate is calculated as ______% every ______ days. 2. The seller shall ensure that the equipment provided by it does not have any security rights such as mortgage, pledge or lien.

3. The seller agrees that if the contract is delayed for more than one day due to the seller's reasons, the buyer has the right to cancel the seller's qualification as the buyer's supplier and transfer the purchase to another supplier.

4. The seller shall provide the 3C certification of the equipment. If it is not available, the seller shall bear all the consequences arising from the failure of the 3C certification.

Article 13 The following files shall be deemed to constitute and constitute an integral part of the reading and understanding of this contract, namely:

Article 14: Entry into force, modification and termination of the contract
