V. Quality requirements

According to the Ministry of Construction Industry Standard JGJ73-91 "Construction and Decoration Engineering Construction Acceptance Specification", and the standards set by the provincial, municipal construction committee and fire department, the project quality will reach the city. If there is a quality problem after the completion of the project, it is the responsibility of Party B. Party B has a free warranty and the warranty period is one year and lifetime maintenance.

Sixth, payment method

1. After the contract is signed, Party A will pay the total cost of Party B’s construction cost.

2. When the project progresses in half, Party A shall pay Party B the total cost of the project.

3. After the project is completed and accepted, Party A shall pay Party B the total cost of the project.

4. The remaining project payment of Party B shall be paid as the warranty.

Seven, the responsibility of both parties

1. Party A: Responsible for providing the use and design requirements of the entire project; providing water and electricity locations for on-site use; providing material transportation channels, necessary material stacking sites and design drawings of the original building; distribution systems involved in the renovation project, The piping system, the water supply and drainage main valve position shall be responsible for specifying; the construction site shall be leveled.

2. Party B: Provide Party A with engineering decoration construction design drawings and project quotations.

Eight, other matters

Both parties agreed to make the following agreement:

1. If the project cannot be constructed due to special circumstances or force majeure, the construction period may be postponed; if any damage caused by the breach of contract occurs, the breaching party shall bear the responsibility.

2. When the material or process of the project or engineering project other than the quotation of the project changes, the Party A shall determine the comprehensive unit price, and the “on-site visa form” shall be signed by the person in charge of the site on the site, and shall be included in the completion of the final accounts.

3. When the engineering quantity changes, the calculation of the engineering quantity after the completion of the project audit shall prevail.

4. If Party A or Party B breaches the contract and fails to perform according to the contract, it may appeal to the higher authorities or the arbitration institution.

5. Other unfinished matters shall be settled through negotiation between the two parties.

6. The contract is in duplicate, the signature of both parties takes effect, each is held in duplicate, and has the same legal effect.
