In order to enrich the after-school life of the students of Jiaotong University, in order to enhance the eye-protection awareness of the university, it is convenient for the students to live and study. For the promotion of the Eyeglasses Limited Liability Company, both parties have reached the following agreement on long-term cooperation:

This Agreement is the basis for the activities of both parties;

Effective from the date of signing this Agreement;

Activity time: The event is divided into four times. The first activity time is from 11:00 to 14:00 on September 18th. After that, each event will be held once a week, and the specific time will be agreed.

Venue: ** Jiaotong University restaurant entrance

The rights and obligations of both parties:

Party A's rights and obligations

1. Party A provides Party B with relevant procedures for the venue and various links;

2. Party A provides Party B with the power supply for the tables and chairs required for the event;

3. Party A shall provide 2-3 staff members for each activity 4 and assist Party B to make on-site publicity;

Party B's rights and obligations

Party B shall provide an activity sponsorship fee of RMB 200 per time, four times for a total of RMB 800, which shall be paid on the day of each event;

Party B prepares the equipment and promotional materials needed for the event;

Party B provides staff to be responsible for on-site consultation, on-site service, and on-site publicity;

Party B’s staff shall take care of their own articles, and Party A shall not be liable for the loss of the items;

Party B shall provide certain preferential treatment for the college students;

Party B is not allowed to have on-site glasses, but students can purchase them through reservations;

Party B shall notify Party A 3-4 days before each event so that Party A can apply for the venue.

During the event, both parties shall strictly abide by the agreement and neither party shall delay the time;

Party A shall not be held liable for any losses caused by Party B's work mistakes;

This Agreement shall be in duplicate and shall become effective upon signature and seal by both parties;

It is hoped that both parties will establish long-term cooperative relations on the basis of mutual benefit.
