Book Publishing Sponsorship Agreement


_________, on behalf of _________, hereinafter referred to as "_________", and _________ on behalf of _________ Publishers, hereinafter referred to as "publishers", sign the following agreement:

First

The _________ book published by the agreement sponsorship _________ is published in _________.

Here, the publisher solemnly promises to have all the rights necessary to translate the book. From this moment on, if there is any violation of the rights of third parties, _________ will not bear all responsibility.

Second

Sponsorships are paid after the following conditions are met:

Article 3

Article 8 This Agreement provides complete provisions for the relationship between the parties to the agreement. Additional or changed terms must be in writing to be effective.
