First repayment content

Second guarantee

Article 3 Obligations of both parties

Creditor’s obligations:

KK1. The documents that the creditors have handed over the collateral shall be properly kept and shall not be lost or damaged.

KK2. After the creditor has paid off all the payments stipulated in this Agreement, the documents of the collateral will be handed over to the creditors.

Obligor’s obligations:

KK1. The amount owed to the creditor and the interest rate shall be repaid in an active manner in accordance with the time specified in this Agreement.

KK2. The debtor delivers the title certificate of the collateral from the date of signing the agreement.

Article 4 Liability for breach of contract

If the KK debtor fails to pay the creditor's arrears and interest according to the contract, the debtor shall be responsible for the breach of contract.

Article 5 This contract shall become effective after being witnessed.

KK is a six-part contract, two for each of Party A and Party B, and two for the witness unit.
