Short-term research internship agreement
Party A: _________
Party B: _________ Institute promotes the development of life sciences and strengthens cooperation and exchanges between research institutes. After consultations between Party A and Party B, the _________ Institute is now entrusted by Party A to agree to the short-term visit of Party A. In the case of research and internship, the following agreement was reached:
1. The entrustment period is from _________ years _________ months _________ days to _________ years _________ months _________ days.
II. Rights and obligations Party A's rights and obligations
1. In the short-term study, the interns will be responsible for providing short-term research and internship programs to Party B before they report to Party B.
2. Responsible for the pre-job education of laboratory safety, discipline and related systems before the arrival of the staff.
3. During the implementation of the agreement, Party A shall be responsible for the short-term research and the treatment of interns.
4. After the short-term study and the internship, Party B will cooperate with Party B to do the return of experimental materials, materials and related books and materials.
Party B's rights and obligations
1. Accept the commission of Party A and be responsible for assigning laboratories.
2. During the short-term study and internship, he is responsible for the management of Party A personnel.
3. Responsible for providing research sites, experimental conditions and experimental funding.
4. Organize short-term research and internship education.
5. Responsible for supervising and inspecting short-term research, interns' implementation of the project, and understanding short-term research, interns' business learning and thinking.
6. For the short-term study, the completion of the internship procedures, and urged to pay off the borrowed items and books.
7. At the end of the short-term study and internship, it is responsible for conducting business assessments and doing a good job identification.
Short-term research, interns’ rights and obligations
1. Party B's short-term research and interns must go through the formalities of registration according to the prescribed time. If it is not possible to report on time, Party A should send a letter of absence from the party in advance, and the leave must not exceed one week. Otherwise, it will be automatically abandoned.
2. During the short-term study and internship period, except for the national holidays, there is no summer vacation and no family leave. Do not accept family members to visit relatives in the hospital, no leave.
3. It is necessary to strictly abide by the rules and regulations of Party B and obey the management of the tutor.
4. The _________ Institute's technology confidentiality and intellectual property rights protection regulations must be strictly observed.
3. Fees During the implementation of the agreement, Party B shall charge Party A a certain fee in accordance with the unified standard. The specific amount shall be determined by both parties.
Party A shall remit the fee to Party B's bank account one time before the person arrives at Party B.
Fourth, intellectual property rights
1. The research papers officially issued by Party A personnel during the implementation of the agreement are signed as 1 Party B and 2 Party A. The responsible author of the research paper is the teacher of Party B.
2. The research results and the related intellectual property rights generated belong to Party B or are resolved through negotiation between the two parties.
V. Alteration, Termination and Cancellation of the Agreement After this Agreement is signed in accordance with the law, both parties must fully perform their obligations under the Agreement. No party may change the Agreement without authorization. If it is necessary to change, the parties shall agree and change the agreement as originally signed. If the parties did not reach an agreement, the original agreement will continue to be valid. The negotiation period must not exceed _________ days.
In any of the following circumstances, this Agreement shall terminate by itself:
1. Expiration of the agreement;
2. Party A’s personnel seriously violated regulations and violated regulations during the period of the agreement, causing serious losses to Party B;

1. Matters not covered by this Agreement shall be settled through negotiation between the parties and a supplementary agreement may be entered if necessary.
2. This Agreement shall be in quadruplicate and shall become effective upon signature by both parties. Party A and Party B shall each hold two copies.
