Analysis report general format

The information collected in this report is the number of effective job seekers and the number of people required during the statistical period.

First, the overall situation of supply and demand

Table 1 Overall number of supply and demand

Note: Carry-over of the previous period: supply and demand information registered in the previous period but still in the validity period

New in this issue: Newly registered supply and demand data for the quarter

Total = last carry over + new in the current period

Request rate = number of people required / number of job seekers

Second, the labor demand of various industries

Table 2 Number of people grouped by industry

Third, the industry demand situation

Table 3 Number of people grouped by industry

Note: The number of “agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery” is equal to the number of “first industry” in Table 2.

The total number of “extraction industry”, “manufacturing”, “electricity, gas and water production and supply industry” and “construction industry” is equal to the “second industry” in Table 2.

In addition to the “other industries”, the other columns are equal to the “third industry” in Table 2.

In order to maintain the balance of data between Table 2 and Table 3, if there is data in the “other industries”, the weights of the actual demand in each column of the table are allocated to each column, and the total number of industries is calculated according to the above-mentioned principle of reciprocity.

V. Supply and demand of various occupations

Table 5 Number of supply and demand by occupation

Note: Regarding the calculation of the rate of applicants when there is “no requirement”, if there is any information in the “No requirement” column of the job search, it can be allocated to each column according to the actual demand in the first seven columns of the table, and then the number of people in need/[job hunting The number of people + weighted counts], the ratio of people is drawn. However, there is no need to reflect the number of people after the weighted allocation in the table, and only the actual number of job seeks is still filled.

Table 6 Top 10 occupations with higher demand than job search gap

Table 7 Top 10 occupations with less demand than job search gap

Six, the composition of job seekers

Table 8 Number of job seekers grouped by job seeker category

Note: New growth unemployed youth refers to those who are registered as unemployed in urban areas and have never been employed. Those who are currently looking for a job in some way, including junior high school, vocational high school, technical school and college graduates, have not been able to go to school, join the army, Persons who are uniformly assigned by the state or hired by the unit and other first-time unemployed; employment-for-unemployed persons refer to those who have changed from employment status to unemployment status among registered unemployed persons.

Unemployed = new growth unemployed youth + employment to unemployed + other unemployed

VII. Recruitment and application conditions

1. Nature

Table 9 Number of supply and demand by sex

Note: Regarding the calculation of the rate of applicants when there is “no requirement”, if there is data in the “No requirement” column of the demand in the table, according to the proportion of the actual number of job seekers in the table, the proportion of the actual number of job seekers is allocated to each column, and then The number of people + weighted counts} / number of job seekers, the ratio of people seeking. However, it is not necessary to reflect the number of male and female needs after weighted distribution, and only the actual number of people is still required. The following "age", "degree of education", and "technical level" requirements in the "no requirement" column are handled in the same way.

2. Age

Table 10 Number of supply and demand by age group

Note: The number of people aged 16-24 refers to the number of people who are 16 years old and under 25 years old. For example, the population born on January 1, 1975 should be counted in the group of 16-24 years before January 1, 2000.

When there is a demand for cross-year grouping, the manual statistics can be equally divided into the group that is spanned, and the remainder is added to the group one by one according to “low or not high”, and the “no requirement” treatment method of “gender” can also be adopted. According to the actual ratio of the actual number of job seekers in each group across the age group, the ratio of [required number of people + weighted number of entries] / number of job seekers is obtained. However, it is not necessary to reflect the number of people who need to be weighted after the table, and only the actual number of people is still filled.

3. Educational level

Table 11 Number of supply and demand by education level
