Paper opening report format
1. The opening report is one of the materials for the graduation design review committee to review the student's right to reply. This report shall be completed by the instructor under the guidance of the instructor, and shall be completed by the instructor after signing the opinion and the professional examination.
2. The content of the opening report must be written with a black ink pen or printed in the standard format of this electronic document. It is forbidden to print on other papers and then cut and paste. After completion, it should be handed over to the instructor to sign the opinion.
