I think whether a company has room for development, the first thing to analyze is whether the decision of the leader is correct, whether the goal is reasonable, and whether the formulated policy is in line with the actual situation and whether it is feasible.

Secondly, it is to analyze the enthusiasm of grassroots employees. The grassroots employees are very small but critical for all companies. If the grassroots employees do not have much work enthusiasm, it will affect the progress and seriousness of their work. This directly affects the company's development process and image. In our company, I feel that the grassroots employees do not have much enthusiasm for work. What is the reason? I think this is a policy issue. The company’s system has not been finally improved. There is no certain specification for the requirements of some work content. This will lead to conflicts between old and new specifications after a certain period of time. This requires the grassroots staff to spend a lot of time and energy. In the long run, it will make the grassroots employees feel physically and mentally exhausted.
