3. The National Labor Law clearly stipulates that overtime pay is required for overtime work. There may be some 4a advertising companies that do not have overtime subsidies, but they have far subsided overtime in other areas. However, our company's rule is that there is no overtime pay for overtime work, but it is late to deduct money. There is more than a penalty, is there a lack of justice? Maybe you think that as long as the work is efficient, employees can finish their work during working hours, but in our company, overtime is unavoidable. Therefore, I believe that you can't just look at working hours. If you can finish your work, you need to be self-conscious. Why do you have to measure it by going to work?

4. Three insurances and one gold are required by the state to be handled by each employee. Initially, I thought that the company would do the insurance as soon as possible, but this matter was delayed, and it was no longer possible. I haven’t answered it for eight months, so I feel very confused. Disappointment, how can you retain the hearts of people? This little trick is entirely personal behavior, not corporate behavior.

5, eight months, I am like a computer operator, basically do not do creative works, doing a lot of meaningless and unwelcome work. I wasted a lot of time, but did not have the satisfaction and sense of accomplishment of the work. The work I did was totally different from what I expected from the company.
