I am considering leaving the company within 2-4 weeks after the submission of this resignation, so that you will have time to find suitable candidates to fill the vacancies caused by my departure, and I can also assist you in the induction training for newcomers. Get familiar with your work as soon as possible.

There are not many days to be able to work for the company. I will definitely take my last shift, do a good job of handing over the work, and try my best to make the project a balanced transition.
