Due to my own pursuits and news concepts, and the conflicts and differences between the goals of China Weekly, the content of myself and China Weekly tend to be reconciled. After careful thinking and repeated trade-offs, it is now decided to submit a resignation application to the unit leader.

According to the contract, the employee's resignation should be submitted to the unit one month in advance. Here, I will apply for resignation in accordance with the contract. If the unit can tolerate my "missing contract" behavior, and think that my departure does not cause damage to the unit, I hope that the unit leader and relevant departments can approve my application as soon as possible. First, I believe that the current management team of China Weekly lacks a unified news concept, has no mature news judgment programs, and even lacks a clear way of embedding news ideas.

Second, as a media that has been consistently optimistic about the outside world and able to inherit the news concept of the Southern Newspapers, China Weekly has not found the wisdom it should have under the current strong political environment pressure. At present, the management team has too many anxieties and compromises, but the lack of the Southern Newspaper Department's forbearance and dodge skills in the face of the disaster.

Third, the content of the so-called "pan-finance" requires that, except for the management team, most journalists simply cannot fully understand the content. Envy, uneasiness and incomprehensibility are now the most obvious feelings and psychological states of journalists. Because this slogan is too abstract, it is not easy to understand -- at least I think so.

Fourth, the editing method is too simple, lacking professional editorial spirit and professional level. I have done two experiments. I sent the edited manuscript and the manuscript I wrote to the editors of Nanfeng Window, Southern Weekend and Southern Metropolis Daily. After that, they edited it and sent it back to me. After comparison, I found that these editors have professional editing skills and made a perfect package and processing of the reporter's manuscript. In contrast, our editorial approach seems to be limited to deleting content, combining paragraphs...

Fifth, because of their natural leadership, the editors have formed a superior psychology in the process of editing the manuscript----it seems that the reporter’s manuscript must be carried out according to his ideas, and his ideas are correct; lack of writing ideas for journalists The understanding of respect and writing ideas.
