1) The company's talent mobility is too high. Many excellent colleagues have lost their work for 2-3 years. As far as I know, a large part of the new job salary is 100% higher than qsmc, and the qsmc has been working and How many employees can work 30-40% in 2-3 years?
2) The company's food is getting more and more difficult to eat. The melon corn is steamed and eaten. The staff has a Chinese food dinner and eats instant noodles. There are more and more spicy foods. Maybe the company's food is 2.5 yuan. The noodles are not worth it! Night shifts are even worse!
3) The second company's Yangshan punishing mechanism is not sound enough. Every year, hundreds of people are obligated to donate blood in the company. Is it only in the "true, good and beautiful"? We used to donate blood in schools, but non-profit organizations can give 300 yuan per person. The company's annual profit is hundreds of millions to more than one billion dollars or more, and it has been taken over in "true, good and beautiful". 6) If "truthfulness and beauty" can't interpret the true meaning of truth, perfection, and beauty, and continue to use the sweat of thousands of hard-working employees to promote the collection of luxury chess and paintings or other things by a few high-level executives, it will continue to be chilling. I don't feel warm! If entrepreneurs and managers become capitalists, it will be disappointing and desperate!
