After working here, the main station turned my work into a reporter. I also liked the job very much. I work very hard here. But three years have passed, things are wrong, and everything has changed.

After a period of careful consideration, I decided to resign to the unit.

First of all, I would like to thank the leaders for their three years of training, and the leaders and colleagues at all levels have given me selfless help. The trust and love of the leaders have made me grow. What made me particularly moved and unforgettable was that the channel leaders gave me the opportunity to exercise and gave me a number of preferential policies, so that my growth process is no longer monotonous.

The work experience in radio and television media is the happiest period of my life. From then on, my character is deeply branded with the traces of radio and television people - unyielding, advancing and advancing, which will benefit me for life.

However, after three years have passed, I feel that I am no longer suitable for this job.

First, the passion for work is not as good as before. People's livelihood news really trains people and can reach all levels of society. I have been working hard for more than two years as a journalist for the people's livelihood. I interviewed the east of the machine and walked around the streets. But as time went by, the sense of responsibility of the journalists of my people’s livelihood had been wiped out, the work enthusiasm had disappeared, and even the whole person was completely exhausted and exhausted. Especially in recent times, my work has plummeted. I think that if you keep this negative attitude, it will be a huge harm to the program and the channel. I can’t bear to be public.

Second, the pressure to generate income is always in the heart. I am very grateful to the channel leader, who has never assigned me a revenue-generating task, but this does not mean that I can work with peace of mind. Because I don't make a profit, when I face other colleagues with income-generating tasks, I don't feel the ease of non-creation, but the pressure of multiplication. After all, in a collective where everyone is generating income, the environment has always had a profound impact on people, especially when it is difficult for Wang Gang, the head of the studio, to earn income. I have been guilty of helplessness.

Therefore, when my favorite career has become a pain, I have no better choice. After repeated trade-offs, I decided to submit this resignation letter, leave this work that I no longer adapt to, no longer competent, and give myself a relief.

I ask the leaders to approve my request. No matter how I will live in the future, I will always be grateful to the channel and the training of the station to me, and miss those years of hard work with my colleagues!

If I have a passion to continue to work, I will not choose to resign. After all, this is the first place for my work. It is the place to cultivate my success. It is a place worthy of my life. It’s just that my passion is no longer. If I stay on it, it will be a big injury to the radio and to me.

I hope that my departure will not bring any adverse effects to the radio. Without my radio station, I can continue to have good ratings. After all, the current society has left, and the earth is still going to turn.

However, I still have a lot of embarrassment to leave. I can't leave the expectations of my leaders and colleagues. It's really not worthy of praise, but I can't help it. I only sacrifice myself. If leaders and colleagues see me going so ridiculously, they will not be tolerant.
