1. The work performance is not significant. In the past two years, I worked in the company planning department, mainly responsible for media placement, brand promotion, event organization, terminal image, advertising design, material production, market information collection, exhibition hall management and so on. The work content is more diverse and more dispersed. Although he has been in this department for two years alone, he does not have outstanding achievements in his work. Perhaps he has limited ability to work and cannot continue to be qualified for this position.

2. Poor body. Since my physical condition has not been very satisfactory, considering that this job requires a healthy person to be better in order to work better. For example, traveling, collecting market conditions, organizing outdoor activities, etc. Therefore, it was decided to temporarily launch this work stage and cultivate at home for some time.

Although I am not working, I still make a small suggestion to the company: the staffing of the planning department is increased to two. The work of this department is also divided into high seasons. In the off-season, there may be less work, and department personnel can have market information. In the peak season, when one person goes out, the department still needs to stay in the company for other matters. If there is only one person, there will always be situations that are innocent.

I urge the company's leaders to approve my resignation request and ask the company's leaders to assign personnel to hand over the work. I attach great importance to and cherish this job at gr. I am also honored to be a member of the gr company. I am sure that this experience and experience in Guangzhou Lin will bring great help to my future career development.
