The company is a starting point for me. Only by giving up, there is a way out. If you do it, it will only waste my youth. The salary of the company is actually not high. In the end, it can only be regarded as food and clothing, and it is a pity. It is a pity that some old employees have been fighting for the company for eight or nine years. For ten years, they have been conscientious in their work. What did the result get? Or ordinary front-line employees, wages have not improved significantly, and managers' wages have risen linearly. Why? The suspension is too big, is it because they do not have management talent, there is no good treatment. The company pays attention to the types of management, and we do not care about our frontline employees. This kind of environment is not suitable for me. I decided to resign and hope that the leaders at all levels will approve it as soon as possible!

Leaving the company is not my wish, but I have to leave. I have no regrets about my decision. Just leaving the company is a bit sad for me. I miss the company very much, I miss it!
