Leaders must dare to make decisions, and things can't be dragged on, and it is only natural that employees can't solve things.

1. Use the right person. Why is the employer now "striking three and four", they are afraid to use the wrong person. A person who used to do tapping here is like a small supervisor, of course, some people are not convinced. So, it may be that they have not found the ability and advantages of "small supervisor". Take me as an example. At the beginning, we didn't determine my specific job responsibilities. This made me so blind that my work was totally different from what I expected from the factory. I don't think you know what I am good at, what job I like, what job I hate. I can only do everything in silence, as you tell me.

2. Be fair. Also working in a large workshop, why do some people have a careless salary increase? And those who work hard do not? Is it that they are stupid, will not face? This is unfair to others, how do you Can you retain your heart? This little trick is entirely a personal act, not a corporate act.

3, using personal behavior to manage the company, think that the company is mine, the management company can be said to be free to do whatever it wants, the management of the company is a mess, all by one person has the final say, the narrow private property psychology is at fault, the typical small-scale agricultural economic thinking. The same is true for the factory.

4, I prefer free work, no bondage, like to have the space to display their own abilities, your factory is not suitable for me. The factory is like a small workshop. When a monk hits a day, there is no sense of security. Everyone has a mixed feeling. No matter how brilliant it used to be, at least the atmosphere is lacking in the factory.

5, look at the standard focus. For a hardware processing plant, which department is the most important? Perhaps our ideas are different, but it is understood that it should be polished. The quality of this department's shipment is directly related to the product. Sales volume, so this is the first thing that should be taken seriously. Secondly, it is die-casting. In addition, it is the manual department. It can be said that if you pull someone alone, you can do it by hand. In today’s extremely competitive mall, we must The only way to get the product done is to do it. Nature will improve. This is the so-called "wine is not afraid of the deep alley." 6. Be good at making decisions. The leadership of a company, his management will directly affect the development prospects of the unit. According to the actual situation, the factory can be said to be a loose sand. If you exaggerate, some people are in the intrigue. "You are dead and alive"! In this kind of work atmosphere, can everyone's work be done? It's really boring! Can you ignore this?

In short, this time, the reason why I made a resignation after doing this for less than a year is because the factory has limited room for development. And you can't appreciate the ability you have shown, or I don't have much ability at all.
