Company employee's unsatisfactory resignation report

I have been in the company for more than two years and have had deep feelings for the company's people and things, but recently I decided to leave the company due to some incidents. Maybe the leader will not be surprised by my resignation, or you may realize what is happening now, I decided to resign.

When I submitted this resignation, I was very heavy. Now the company's development requires everyone to do their best. Because of my poor state and the influence of some personal reasons, I can't make corresponding contributions to the company. I can't afford to sit in the company and do nothing, so I ask for permission to leave.

Colleagues are full of ambition and enthusiasm, and I am deeply sorry for the fact that I can't worry about the company for personal reasons. I hope that the company leaders will take time out of their busy schedule to discuss the issue of work handover. I left on June 5, 2019, hoping to get permission from the company's leadership!
