There are many reasons why I want to leave the company. The various reasons are combined. I am destined to leave the company. After thinking for a long time, I feel that I left because:

1. Reasons for the environment As the saying goes, "The near Zhu is red, the near ink is black." The environment I pursue is the kind of work environment with passion, dreams, health, happiness and harmony. Back to the company is my gaze problem. What I saw was that I went to work to watch movies and games that didn't make sense. After chatting with each other, no one planned their future, and even their dreams were not. I didn't feel the company's cultural ideas. In the market, it is a customer who is a little higher than the quality of the peasants, and with such a group of people staying together all day, what can I look like in the future. If you want to be a person, you have to stay with someone.

I didn’t remember the way back to the company this year. I couldn’t help but think, “Is this a company I have worked for for two years?” And the leader said that our salesman didn’t want to come back. Can you feel at home? Some leaders said, "You should know the direction of the company's development." What is it? It is necessary to know, just like the company's products, Imagine the customer asking us "What is the development direction of your company? We have to adjust the strategy to develop with the company." How can I answer?

2, my own reasons After two years, I have been constantly verifying my outlook on life and values, just like this sentence "Life is working hard, efforts have results, but the results are not necessarily good results" I saw from the company's predecessors what the results of my efforts are, and their results are not what I want. The word "work" is not in the first place, and it will enter the "earth" in the first place. If you don't show up, you must continue to "dry". I have been working hard all the time. I want to work hard for a while, I want to get the protection after my efforts, instead of working hard all my life, I am busy, calm down and think, in fact, such a life does not make sense.

When I first chose to do business, I valued freedom. I am a person who pursues freedom. I don't want to give my life to others. My destiny must be in my hands. I must take the initiative to make a living. No one will be responsible for my destiny. The business in the past two years has allowed me to grow up, and let me know what I want? What am I doing? what can I do? Now I am very young. I don't want to change my money when I was young. When I was old, I was taking money to change my life. I didn't know enough money, so I didn't have to gamble at all.

I am leaving the company, I want to make a suggestion to the company before I leave. The company's business is mainly done by front-line business personnel, but the company training is to train second- and third-line personnel, but who will teach their own training to their own subordinates? Even if someone teaches it, the words passed down will have the same effect as the original intention of the training. Another point is that as the company's leader, especially the upper-level leaders, don't ask the front-line staff to call the first sentence and ask the business how? Let's live in the cold, so the employees will be happy.

My departure will not bring any adverse effects to the company. I feel that my abilities and talents are not counted in the company. I will continue to work hard in the future!

However, I still have a trace of embarrassment. Suddenly leaving the company is a fact that every leader does not want to see, but I really have no other ideas. I have no motivation to work in the company.
