After careful deliberation and consultation with parents, I chose at this time. Leaving the company, I want to be a good result for the company and me. This decision is entirely for personal reasons.

In addition, I also want to make a personal opinion on the company. The working atmosphere and environment of Fuxing 12 are good. Colleagues are very friendly and can help each other. This is an important point in the industry. However, in selecting the ship management, I hope that the company can consider it carefully, not only considering its personal skill level, but also taking into account its management capabilities and employee affinity. Of course this is just a personal opinion.

I know that when I left, I couldn't help but shed my tears, but "there is no banquet in the world." I can only say sorry to the company. I really can't control myself.

I hope that my departure will not give the company's leaders and colleagues any unhappiness. My ability is not counted in the company. It is too much and too much. I hope that the company can understand my mood.
