However, what I did for the company made me very disappointed, I don't want to be the negative asset of the company! I want to say that I am not leaving because of the total departure of X. Before he did not leave, I was thinking about this problem. Although X is always a very good person, I can't learn many of his things.

When I was training, I was very touched by your growing story: growth is not easy, and you need to try a lot! I admit that I am not a good employee now, but I am still a more honest person. I can also say the real thoughts in my heart: I have to leave because I have failed. Of course, XX may lead us to get better and better, but from now on it is still unknown. I am not afraid of the unknown, because after leaving it will be a bigger unknown! People say that young people are very childish. It is because of the lack of experience. My departure is not dissatisfied with the company, but I really can't adapt to the company. I have a lot of deficiencies. My business in the company is not going well. This is very helpless. On the one hand, although I don’t have much work experience, I don’t think so. The only explanation is that I can’t adapt to the company.
