For personal reasons, I decided to apply to you for resignation and apply for a labor contract with XX Bank. From the perspective of development, full-time postgraduate students will be the trend of XX Bank's long-term appointments. XX Bank has given me a lot, including excellent office environment, harmonious relationship between superiors and subordinates and various benefits. I was hesitant in the decision to leave her. It takes a lot of determination and courage to abandon these already possessed and precious things and chase the unknown. It is also quite painful. However, I remember that the teacher of Shang Guo taught the truth of "going against the water, not going back," and has always regarded this as the principle of doing things. I sincerely hope that XX Bank can understand the sincerity of a young man's request for progress, realize his ideals, and agree to terminate the labor contract in advance.
