University Student Union Chairman Resignation Report

Dear school leader:

Hello!

I am sorry to say to you that I have to resign from the work of my student council president. This is regrettable!

When I first came to school, I really liked our school. I was determined to help the school to make its due contribution. So I started working slowly from the bottom, until I was selected as The first student council president of the school!

I sincerely thank you for your hard work in organizing me for nearly a year, especially the teachers at the Student Affairs Office. I also deeply remember that when I first joined the student union, I didn’t understand anything. I actually became the chairman of the student union. So, with your careful training, I gradually grew up, from a fur boy who is not sensible. I understand a lot, and you have pointed out the direction for me on my growth path. Here, please allow me to say "thank you" to you affectionately!

But in the long road of life, I have my thoughts and my hobbies, especially in this semester, we are about to graduate soon, so this semester course is very heavy, I don't want to affect the whole because of my personal problems. Student Union, because I know that in the days to come, I will not put my energy and enthusiasm into the student activities. As the first student council president of the school, my task is to build the framework of the student union. Now, my task has been completed, and the various contents are left to other people who need to exercise.

To be honest, I am reluctant to leave this position, but how can fish and bear's paws have both? I also need a lot of time to do what I like to do. I can only express deep regret for my departure at the moment. This student union was also built by me step by step. I have no way of expressing my feelings about it, we have to weigh it again and again, and finally make this decision and hope to support it. If this move brings some unnecessary troubles to the student work, I can only apologize.

After I left, there will be many excellent students to fill my vacancy. The student union of our school will continue to work as always, but I am tired of it. I need to have my own space to do my own thing. I want everyone to understand me.

Tomorrow, I will continue to look at it as a classmate, staring at it and caring for it. Finally, I sincerely hope that the performance of the Student Union will soar! Leaders and colleagues work smoothly!
