3. The company is no longer haunted ten times. Often there are guests standing at our front desk and asking "Is there anyone? In the end, is there anyone calling us?" I dare not answer them, because every time they ask this question, although there are only one or two front-office employees in our store, they are always crowded with the registered guests... What do the guests with such doubts see? And what is in front of me, think about it is a little scared
4. The work speed is too slow. I work too slowly and cause serious economic losses to the company. Every time I was facing the guests in the corner of the store, I had tried my best to finish the work at the fastest speed, but I still could not reach the qualified level. Every time I am eating, there will always be people calling in the back, "Mr., I want to ask..." I am facing the guests, I think the guests should call me?? "How no one~~"
5. The salary is too high. As for selling tea, the salary I took is really too high. I am too embarrassed. I have more money than my time. What is more precious than time? I have more wages than time. I have no time to consume my wages. Oh, I am so happy that I have a dim sum.
6. Time concept is poor. I am often late, coming home late, but I am very fortunate that my family is not far from the company, even if I often go home to squatting, it is only 20 yuan / night. I didn't live in the same place. I left the company at one or two in the morning, but I went to bed at about three o'clock, so I was late for the next day. Although the company often motivated us to "overtime without overtime pay" "not one minute late for full attendance" "on the wrong class when dealing with work", but I still can't help but be late.
