The most urgent task at this stage of work is to make a complete website out. When the concentrated forces are broken, the spread of the booths may not necessarily improve the chances of success, and it will increase the cost and the probability of failure. I think that focusing on one thing is more likely to succeed than doing a few things at the same time.
Of course, I also believe that the two views of the two must have different views. I will not argue here, even if I give the advice of the two.
Secondly, regarding the adjustment of my work, I believe it must include the above factors. The reason why I chose Li Ping, I think nothing more than she is more "obedient", can more implement and implement Mr. Li's intentions, I fully understand, and have been psychologically prepared. However, such changes and the impact of such users have not prepared for the two, and the current situation may not be expected.
I think the reason for this may be due to the following reasons:
First: time is rushed, insufficient preparation. I remember that Mr. Luo also talked to me last Monday and asked me to do my job well, especially to do the content work of the website. I did not disclose the meaning of changing my work. On Tuesday, I was sick and took time off. Luo always gave a meeting to the content department to announce changes in my work. As for whether this is the decision of Mr. Chen or the board of directors, I will not pursue its authenticity. At least with regard to this adjustment, Mr. Li I mentioned it to me a month ago. Therefore, I am completely psychologically prepared for such changes. However, such changes do not affect me alone. I am prepared and able to understand. It does not mean that others can do the same.
Company management, personnel changes, especially personnel changes in important positions, are all driven by the whole body, and need to be well thought out and adequately prepared. I believe that you must know more about me than I do. However, there are still some negligence in it. It is a work handover like this. It is necessary to let the original and the successor be present at the same time. Anyone who is absent will have adverse consequences, such as now. People are not born to like to pass on rumors, but in a turbulent environment, the floating of people is inevitable. After all, there was no similar situation before last Tuesday, so I thought that if we were able to handle it at that time, we could completely avoid the current situation. But now that things have happened, what can be done is to eliminate the impact as much as possible, or to minimize the impact.
Second, the problem of employing people. Li Ping does have her strengths and advantages, but at this time, in this place, in this environment, it is untimely for her to take over the content department. Whether it is qualifications or ability, she is not the best candidate. She came in the shortest time, did not participate in the actual work of the content department, and even the content publishing platform will not be used. The only responsible work has not yet achieved results, and there is no compelling reason to take over the work of the content department. Maybe not letting people think about it, guessing?
Regardless of whether the arguments about her are true or false, at least that she must have problems in her own work. So many people in technology companies, why are they directed at her? I believe there must be a reason.
Finally, for these reasons, my differences with General Li can't be reconciled in the short term, and in such an environment, I can't let my peace of mind work. I have no confidence in the new work tasks, so I only currently I can choose to leave. I don't want to participate in too many things. I just want to take a break at home and summarize the gains and losses of this work. If you still want my participation, I will be on time.

I fully understand the Internet dream of Li, but it takes a solid foundation to realize the dream, and there are steps to plan.
For Luo, in terms of management, systems and processes are more reliable than individuals. Working according to the process can effectively avoid a lot of trouble. It’s a matter of talking about things in advance, and things that are said afterwards are called notices.
As for the adjustment of my work, although it is a temporary notice to me, but as a friend, I can still understand the difficulties, whether it is a dark rise or a fall, I don’t care. I came to this company not to fight for it. Good, but let me move out of the office without a word, and there is no room for negotiation. This is a serious injury to my self-esteem. Let me move away before giving me and the people around me a proper statement. I believe that this will definitely lead to a lot of negative discussions. The Chinese face problem is very important, so I can only choose to resign.
Of course, these issues are not important to me now. I have talked with Mr. Luo yesterday. I am very understanding and very grateful for your attitude. Before the fundamental situation has changed, I want to leave may be my best. Choice, of course, I also hope that leaving is temporary. If you have no other solution to the proposal, then I will solve it according to my proposal.
