1. Complete the routine work of the clerk in a serious and responsible manner, as follows:

Do a good job in managing long distance calls;

The books and magazines in the company are numbered and sorted to form electronic documents, so that the management of books and magazines can be standardized;

Assist in the recruitment process;

Do a good job in office housekeeping. In the meantime, the exhaust fan caused the power supply to trip several times to coordinate with the decoration company and the property management office; pay attention to the maintenance and replacement of the plants and the cleaning and cleaning in the office; pay attention to the office equipment such as copiers, printers, and hot-melt binding machines. maintenance.

2. While completing the above work, the company has also successfully completed the work of the company's temporary arrangements, such as:

Organize monthly team activities. He has organized training in Jinan University, Tianhe Company Swimming, Tianhe Company Grill, Yuancun Culture Palace, and Conghua Hot Spring Resort. They have achieved good results, strengthened communication between colleagues and invigorated the company atmosphere. In addition, at the end of September, employees were planned to send a favor to the conference, and Wu Tao and other departing employees were sent away.

Run the company's internal magazine. From July to December, a total of five issues were published. After investigation, it is generally believed that the level is acceptable. However, because most people are unable to submit their work due to busy work or other reasons, there is a problem of insufficient manuscripts in each issue. The failure to find ways to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff for writing, in addition to their own reasons, is also related to other factors such as management.

Construction of the company website. Since there is no experience in making web pages, there are many technical problems that I don't know how to achieve. In the process of continuous learning, the homepage was revised, and some links such as company products were realized. This work has come to an end because the company image needs to be re-planned.

3. Also assist other departments to work

After the establishment of the sales department, he participated in the sales meeting of the sales department, and compiled some common materials and forms of the meeting records and sales department;

Assist the Ministry of Development in producing some pictures of projects such as state-owned assets and lighting erp;

Assist the marketing department in the layout and arrangement of state-owned materials;

In addition, he also participated in the production of public property product testing and the production of several slides such as "authorization management".

In general, in the past year, my work was due diligence, but there were also many regrets. The management of attendance was not standardized at the beginning; long-distance calls also had some undesirable phenomena due to neglect of management.

Transferred to the development department, this is the affirmation of my work by my superiors. It is a new beginning and a new challenge for me personally. In addition to trying to play the role of the "document manager" of the development department, I hope that I can master more technical knowledge in the development department and constantly improve myself!!!!
