In the second week of the internship, I participated in the training program of the company and the dairy farm company. At the beginning of the project, I was responsible for the production of the course ppt. Ppt production is very familiar to me, because of software engineering, so I have a lot of contact with software such as powerpoint, excel, word. However, when I actually took over the slide production, I discovered that what I had contacted before was only the phoenix horn. I saw a series of training ppt before, and found that there are a lot of 3d animation production, dynamic gif production, mask, mask and cartoon title. And I don't know anything about it, so in the following week, I was learning while making.

Although it is a ppt, the software to be used is not so simple as microsoft powerpoint. In the production process, I came into contact with photoshop, imageready, ulead videostudio, coreldraw, light and shadow magic hand, logomaker and 3d max. Some software I have contacted before, it is easier to get started, but for some more complicated software, such as 3d max, I still know how to use it so far, and I am working hard to learn.

During that week, I completed the intro animation of ppt and the layout of the three modules. In total, there were more than 20 slides in the series. Due to the incomplete information provided by the late cooperation company, the production of the slides was temporarily put on hold. .

In this project, the most I learned was the application of various design software, including picture design and animation design. Now that I can make a gif animated image, the photo production technique has been deepened. I believe that these skills can help me a lot in my future study work.

But when you work in the future, sometimes there are 20 or 30 participants in a project, and there are hundreds of files involved. If you send me a file with a name, how do I know that this file is Who made it, when it was made. There will be a lot of confusion when you get there, do you understand?"

The boss’s words are still in my mind. Since then, each of my documents has carefully marked the creator and the date of creation in the name. This is a good habit, it keeps the files in my folder in order, at a glance, making the work more convenient.

The second unforgettable thing happened not to me, but to one of my colleagues. That is to do business cards.

The matter is very simple. A school sister went out to make a business card. When the business card was checked, some small flaws appeared. As a result, when the business card was printed, it was found that there was one letter missing. Although there is only one less obscure letter, the result is that the customized business card is completely scrapped. And this responsibility is personally undertaken by her, and of course, she is criticized for a meal.

As a bystander, I didn't intervene in the whole thing. However, it is also very deep, and a small flaw in the work often leads to great losses. So in the face of any work, we must be cautious. Even if it is a simple matter, it must be treated with care. Otherwise, it will be too late to make up for it.

There are also third, fourth and fifth unforgettable things. For example, a small work dinner, a second survey. There are so many unforgettable things. Through these things, I have learned a lot and learned a lot. How rare this is!

Different from previous social practice, I am not going to send flyers, sell newspapers, or do not make miscellaneous things for people, fill in forms, copy and copy things, and type.
