Jingxiguang Machine Company Profile:

Jingxiguang Machinery Co., Ltd. is also a member of the Yaguang Group. Mainly based on export processing trade. The company has five business divisions: Mould Division, Plastic Division, Stamping Division, Surface Treatment Division, and Leather Case Division. I spent two months internship at Jingxi.

1. Complete process of multi-products: Jingxi is principally engaged in the production and sale of optical and optoelectronic components, including digital cameras, camera phones, photocopiers, computer peripherals, plastic and metal parts of traditional film cameras. The precision units produced in the factory are purchased from Japan, Taiwan, Switzerland and other regions. The equipment is advanced, the level is stable, and the production process is effectively integrated. From mold design and manufacturing, plastic molding, metal stamping to painting and printing, all of them can be consistently produced. It can provide a full range of services according to the individual needs of customers.

2, the professional is sure to strictly control the quality: Jingxi in 1998, xx and xx years successively won the iso9002, iso9001: xx and iso14001: xx professional certification, for strict control of quality, and regularly on the suppliers of raw materials Audit to ensure compliance with standards. At present, there are about 200 suppliers from Japan, Taiwan and China, and the raw materials are abundant and stable.

Due to the needs of the company, I entered Jingxi Company on March 5, xx, and worked in the Business Division, responsible for business management. My internship is divided into two phases:

Employee pre-service education and training:

1. Study of company rules and regulations

Stepping into the company from school is a process of transition from theory to practice. At the beginning of the transition we will have an adaptation phase. In just over 10 days of education and training, I learned the company's rules and regulations; understood the company's business philosophy; understood the company's quality policy; mastered the profound connotation of 5s: 1 finishing, 2 rectification, 3 cleaning, 4 cleaning 5 literacy. 5s is both a guarantee of safety and a guarantee of delivery time, and also reduces costs and improves efficiency for us.

2, understand the principle of production and manufacturing

As the contact window between suppliers and customers, the business department has the most fundamental purpose of increasing turnover and working with other departments. So as a business executive, my work is also very important. In my opinion, better communication with customers can only be achieved if they have a good understanding of the principles of product manufacturing. So at the beginning of entering the company, I went to the production site to understand the production process of the product, learn the technical terms related to the product, and often followed the director to listen to the product design review meeting.

3. Use of communication equipment

Communication equipment is an important tool for communicating with customers. Proficiency in communication equipment such as fax machines can make business operations efficient, time-saving and flexible. Since I have never used the above communication equipment in school, I will use the time when I entered the company.
