University graduate company internship summary report

First, approaching you, let me full of yearning

When I sent my resume to Haicheng Bangda International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. at the graduate talent exchange meeting, I don’t know what kind of world this resume will bring me into, what will I do? The road. The confidence in my heart is on my face, and with such confusion, anxiety and curiosity, I have participated in three interviews and I have always been full of enthusiasm. I got the opportunity to participate in company training. There have been many stories, but the fate has brought me closer to you, Haicheng Bangda, approaching you, but also filled me with yearning and longing.

Just five days of training, like a small incision, through it, I saw what is excellent, what is love and dedication, what is a good employee of Bangda. In five days, from sea to air, from customs declaration to inspection, so many excellent supervisors are skilled at the experience in their work. When it comes to the company, when it comes to work, their eyes are shining with confidence; when talking about the future, talking about us, they are taking care of their words.

From only 4 employees in 1993 to more than 500 today, how can this legendary entrepreneurial experience not allow me to admire students who are about to leave the school and step into the society! Ten years, in just ten years, from four to more than 500 people, to a company with sound organizational structure and good social reputation, it all attracted me like a magnet.

Yes, that's it. Just three interviews, five days of training, I am full of yearning for you, Bonda, you are good!

Second, walk into you, let me fight high spirits

On Monday, April 12, I came to the company to start an internship, and the internship department was the shipping department. With a little awe and a few panic, I stepped into the office area of the shipping department. The first stop, the cabin from April 12 to April 17, the second station, the morning of April 19 to 24, the US-West route of the LCL department; the third station, April 26-28 , the United States and Canada the whole cabinet; the fourth station, April 29, 30, the United States East, Canada LCL.

a Step by step – professional skills learning

As a college student who is about to graduate, I know very well that low eyesight is our common problem. Therefore, in the case of my own hands-on ability is still very weak, I am more willing to learn from the most basic things, such as sending a fax, answering the phone or something. On April 12th, on the first day of the internship, I spent the time from the seat to the fax machine, from the fax machine to the seat. But my heart is very calm, although I have been sweating on my head, but it is afraid of delaying the work of the masters.

From April 13th, the second day of the internship to the morning of April 17, I was intern in the booking department. The route work codenamed 06 starts mainly with the acceptance of the booking authorization. The general process is: After accepting the booking authorization, the company will be assigned to the shipping company, mainly by fax, telephone or edi. Then wait for the shipping company to return the confirmation of the booking and, after receiving the confirmation from the shipping company, send a notice to the customer. During this period, pay attention to the shipping company's cabin and freight rates.

From April 19th to 24th, and on April 29th and 30th, I was intern in the United States and the United States, Canada and Canada. Internship on these two routes, mainly to learn how to prepare customs declaration materials, print the 4-6 joint paper; how to check the information entered in shippingXX, pay special attention to the parts, weight, and size of the goods, and then send the customer Confirmation of bill of lading; production of warehousing notices, domestic bills, pre-sales orders and manifests, etc. It should be said that I have the most chances to actually operate on these two routes, and of course there are many mistakes.

From April 26th to 28th, the internship range is the US and Canada. There are a lot of faxes to be sent on this route, but I have learned a lot. For example, I learned to write a car list, and also know that when writing a car list, the "loading time" column must be written to understand when and where to go, whether it is a factory or a trading company. I also learned how to make and change the order, save the file, archive it, and so on.

In short, the internships on the above four routes basically completed the 10 articles that should be interned in the “Internship Guide Book”, such as understanding the basic situation of the route, accepting and reviewing the power of attorney, smashing the goods, and making the card contact list. Wait. I just learned and consulted little by little, step by step. In a positive and progressive attitude, I have earnestly and diligently studied some of the most basic common sense and skills of seaborne export operations, and combined my theory with practice to exercise my hands-on ability.

b A little bit of warmth in the heart of the field - the care of the internship guide

Fourteen days, a short internship time, but I have the care and care of countless masters.

The first is Niu Bing and Xiao Guojun. Both of them worked very hard and were more patient when guiding me internships.

Followed by several masters of Wan Juanjuan, Jia Lihong and Zheng Leilei. A few of them encouraged me to do it boldly, and don't be afraid to make mistakes. Especially Wan Juanjuan and Zheng Leilei, they taught me a lot.

Finally, Wu Mei and Zhang Jia are two masters. Because they have been very busy on this route, my master Wu Mei has to work overtime every day. She and Zhang have two people working seriously and a little workaholic. During my internship, Wu Mei also gave me a supplementary lesson, and gave me a systematic explanation of the problems and solutions that are easy to occur when operating the whole cabinet.

In short, in those days, every master can do my best to guide and help me. I try to tolerate as much as possible of my many defects. I am very grateful to them for their bitter warmth.

Third, Haicheng Bangda, what can I do for you?

During the internship, in addition to learning professional skills in a shallow level, I also experienced and experienced many things beyond the skills. The first is the dedication of the Bonda people and the vibrant working atmosphere. Walking into such a group, your heart will involuntarily become younger, your footsteps will involuntarily follow everyone, and your work attitude will become harder, more serious, and then work harder. Perhaps this is a collective cohesion, this is a "special culture" written by a company outside of writing!

Short-term internships have taught me a lot of things, and I have some immature words to say. To be honest, "logistics" is a relatively young word. At present, logistics and transportation seem to be in the "Warring States era", which can be described by a "chaotic" word. In fact, the price war and disorderly competition have made the logistics industry a low-profit industry. In other words, the status quo of China's logistics industry development is not optimistic. However, in order to retain customers for a long time, it is definitely not to lower prices, but also rely on brand and strength, service and hardware are the way to create brands and enhance strength! If competition is fierce, what do we win? The simplest truth is that the company must follow the development of the market, what the market needs, what the company must provide, we must provide customers with 1+100 optimal services!

In the long run, I think the company should do physical transportation in the maritime transport, that is, not only as a non-vessel carrier. We should overcome difficulties as much as possible, let the company have transportation tools, have its own entities, and develop space. Unlimited expansion.

Secondly, there are still a few minor problems, I think we should pay attention to it. First, everyone should try to make the writings clear, not too grassy, and should be easier for customers to identify. Second, in fact, it is necessary for the company to ask employees to wear tooling when necessary and when necessary, such as holding large-scale meetings, such as when recruiting new employees.

Of course, the above only represents my personal thoughts. It is the "frog of the bottom of the well". If there is offense, it is unintentional. Please bear with me.

After I became attached to Bonda, I have been "evaluating" myself, and I have been thinking about what I can do for the company. I can't be proud or dare to say anything. I can only say that in the days to come, I will try my best to work 200% with enthusiasm. I hope that the company can know people and be looking forward to ourselves. It is good to start from the lowest point, go forward step by step, and wholeheartedly strive to become a qualified, good, and excellent, until the outstanding Bonda people!

Fourth, thank you

First of all, I would like to thank Haicheng Bunda for giving me the opportunity to work for her. I am also deeply disturbed by the inconvenience caused to the company.

Secondly, I am deeply grateful to the management department who properly arranged and ensured the smooth implementation of my internship; I would also like to thank the masters of the Ministry of Shipping: Niu Bing, Xiao Guozhen, Yin Xiaohui, Wu Mei, Zhang Jia, Wan Juanjuan, Jia Lihong, Zheng Lei Lei, thank them for their guidance, thank you! I also want to say thank you to Mr. Chen Xin and the supervisors, thank you for their cultivation!

Meet again in midsummer!
