The one-month internship was over. I learned a lot of knowledge that I couldn’t learn in class during this month’s internship. Now I will make a summary of the work for this month's internship.

First introduce my internship unit: Lechang Paper Mill. The factory is located in the town of Wujiang River, Henan Town, Lechang City. It is a local state-owned enterprise. It mainly produces toilet paper, corrugated paper and other products. The products are mainly sold to Yuebei, Xiang, Weinan and the Pearl River Delta. The annual output can reach 6,000 tons. The output value is more than 10 million yuan. The products of this factory have won many awards at the provincial and ministerial levels, and are favored by consumers and users.

Since the 20th of January, I have participated in the supply and sales internship of the factory during the one-month work. Internships can be divided into two phases. In the first stage, the factory leader arranged for me to work in the supply room of the factory, mainly to organize the acquisition of raw materials. Through the work of this stage, I learned the principle of general papermaking. Paper production is divided into two basic processes: pulp and paper.

Pulping is the mechanical disintegration of plant fiber raw materials into natural pulp or bleached pulp by mechanical means, chemical methods or a combination of the two. Papermaking is the process of combining pulp fibers suspended in water into various papers that meet various requirements. The raw material I am responsible for is the paper. The paper skins acquired from the nearby urban and rural areas are then broken into pulp by mechanical means in the workshop, and processed by high-temperature cooking to make toilet paper. Don't underestimate that this is just a simple purchase of paper, which is really learned.

In the past, I only sold paper, but now I have to buy paper, and I still buy a lot of them. It is necessary to combine the knowledge and practice that I have learned at school, such as commodity studies, economic mathematics, statistics, and accounting. For example, in order to reduce costs, it is necessary to buy raw materials at a lower price. It is necessary to understand, analyze the purchase price in the market, make a record, and take into account the long-term contact with the old customers, freight and other factors, and finally purchase the To do the inspection, warehousing and other work.

Some of them are lessons that can't be learned by textbooks. It is like paying attention to the humidity of the paper when buying paper. The heavier the paper, the higher the price. Some papers are profitable. Although I have only two weeks of internship in the supply and marketing room, I believe this will have a good start for my future work, especially in terms of supply and marketing!

In the second phase, I was assigned to work in the sales room. Contacted the sales business for the plant and promoted the main products of the plant: toilet paper and corrugated paper. Although the major I studied is more suitable for sales, in reality this is not a bad thing. It is really difficult for me to sell a product for someone who has no practical work experience and no business connection.

So in the first two days, I really couldn't start. I can only follow the colleagues of the unit and run the old customers who have business contacts to learn. After a week of study observation and analysis of old colleagues, I summed it up: the corrugated paper of the factory is mainly sold to the Pearl River Delta region. In our northern Guangdong region, the market is not big, and the working hours are short, the experience is small, and it is not very wide. In terms of the communication surface, instead of selling corrugated paper and toilet paper products, it is better to concentrate on selling toilet paper in the northern part of Guangdong.

"Emperor has no one to pay attention to". Through hard work, I finally made a two-stop business in the last week. Although there is a block that is sold to the relatives of the store, the business success is always happy. The other block is the result of your own efforts and more proud. This block business is a retail store. I have done a lot of work for this business: memorizing the information, market research, inquiring about the actual situation of the store, summing up the reasons for the previous failures and so on.

Through these two weeks of sales practice, I deeply understand that the importance of marketing and marketing is a very difficult thing, not at all as simple as I imagined. It also made me realize that it is important to learn professional knowledge at school, but it is more important to apply the learned knowledge to practice.

During the one-month internship, I have my own work card like a real employee. I feel that I am not a student. I wake up at 7 o'clock every day and then go to work like a real office worker. In the course of the internship, I followed the various systems of the factory and humbly learned from experienced colleagues. One month of internship made me understand a lot of things I didn’t know before. I also had a deeper understanding of the Lechang paper mill. There are some problems with the plant:

Due to the objective factors and subjective efforts affected by the market, the product quality is not stable enough, which makes the sales work passive and directly affects the normal operation of the factory production;

The sales business management is not perfect enough. The return of funds is sometimes not timely enough, which directly affects the normal operation of the factory; the market information feedback is slow, and the work of developing new customers is not detailed enough.

Internship is an experience that every college graduate must have. He enables us to understand society in practice, let us learn a lot of knowledge that we can't learn in class, and open up our horizons and gain insights for us to further. To lay a solid foundation for the society, the internship is an attempt to apply the theoretical knowledge we have learned in practice. I think, as a college graduate who is about to graduate, it is extremely urgent to establish his own ten-year development plan, isn't it?
