First week

Because after a few internships, I have developed a habit of treating people. Paying attention to etiquette, seeing customers, no matter whether the transaction can be achieved, can not give people the feeling of lack of courtesy, as long as they step into the store, I will sincerely receive greetings, let them feel the feeling of being valued as soon as they come in, I I feel that there are often some details that are easily overlooked by us, such as a soft greeting, but it shows the concern for colleagues and friends, and makes others feel valued and cared for, but also a basic quality. reflect. Second week

Unconsciously, it has been ten years since I came to the internship. Although the time is close to two weeks, the use of some kinds of wood is still unfamiliar. I can only basically distinguish that the plates are fir, Korean pine, etc., but the customers have to make furniture and springboard. When the type of wood needed is better and more cost-effective, it cannot provide accurate information. It may also be because of this that the successful transaction can go to another home to buy. I really don’t want to come, I think this is the difference between inexperience. Because of the wood raw materials.

Therefore, the customers received are usually woodworkers of furniture and woodworkers at construction sites. Occasionally, some private homes buy them, but basically there are not many, but for me, no matter how many hackers buy, my service. The attitude is the same, it will not be left out or not received because of buying less. During this week, I occasionally pick up the phone and sell it by phone. Because of some old customers, we have been working with us for a long time, on our wood. Quality and price are also relatively understandable and reliable, so they are usually ordered by phone, and I order by phone and then send the corresponding specifications. The main work this week is the same as last week. Although it is a bit of noise, for me, by facing different customers, I can get the best exercise in all aspects.

Third week

Sometimes when I come out to work in society, I can see more or more social phenomena and feel the helplessness of certain things. I felt very embarrassed at the time, and later I realized that I was coming over to find a boss to get a kickback. This is simply unacceptable to me, but the boss still gave it, saying that the business is difficult to do now, the competition is fierce, and there is no kickback for the woodworker. He is looking for reasons to say that the quality of the material is not good, can not be used, deliberately to marry you. So that the transaction cannot be reached. In order to trade, I have to sacrifice some profits. I think this is the dark side of society, but I can’t help it.

Fourth week

To say that I am the most tired of the work I have done, I think the work done this week is definitely the most tiring, because this week’s sales are better, and I was suddenly dissatisfied. Some old customers ordered the materials by phone, so I had to leave the contents of the job and start the porter and the deliveryman. First, the colleague and the colleague put the various specifications of the bulky wood on the truck, and then send the goods to the designated construction site. If all the specifications and materials are met, they will leave after the settlement, but most of the customers are often To make a natural wide wood, you need to use a ruler to measure the width of the natural wide wood, and then find the area and volume, and send it in the required cube. Although this elementary school will be, but because of the large number of wood, it takes a lot of time to pass, it is very cumbersome. What is even more terrible is that it has to be measured twice, shipped out once, and sent to the construction site once again, because the inspectors at the construction site are afraid of the shortage of quantity, so they can only accompany them again. It is not easy to make money. In fact, those things are not suitable for me to do, but since they are in the same group, when they are too busy, I can help or help.

Fifth week

Time has passed so fast, this week has arrived in the fifth week of my internship. Although after the first four weeks of work, I still only stay in the introduction of the product for sales, but I can’t really grasp the customer’s heart and sell it out. The product can be explained from the sales performance of the previous four weeks. Sometimes it is sold but the quantity is not much. This is a bit of a headache for me. Although it is only internship, the teacher has repeatedly explained that the internship should be regarded as a real job. I think it is necessary to review the reflections on why I can't improve my sales. After thinking, I found that in addition to my personal reasons, there is another important reason that the stores basically sell some of them. Old customers, and relatively few new customers, another one is the fierce competition of peers. Some customers choose other homes for the price or quality of this place, which causes the sales through my hands to become less.

Sixth week

This week, in addition to on-site sales, I also went to the store with the boss. I was going to Shandong, but after I contacted the Nanjing timber market, I decided to go to Nanjing. After an hour or so, we arrived. If you do not carefully measure, observe or understand the goods when you purchase the goods, then the incoming goods may be insufficient or lose money due to the quality. Seventh week

In a twinkling of an eye, the seven-week internship life is nearing the end. Looking back at the seven weeks, I’m mixed. It is only relying on the difference between the regions to make profits. In today's transportation, information is increasingly convenient and open, I feel that the development space of such a business approach will become smaller and smaller.

Family management, business management philosophy is not perfect or basically not. Basically, they are all run by their relatives. There are no special management talents. There are many drawbacks. This kind of family-run operation is prone to bottlenecks when it develops to a certain extent. Of course, this is only relative to a formal enterprise. As a storefront, its development business model may be like that.
