The first week of internship, I can simply sum up a few words, that is: look more, ask more, observe more, think more!

On the one hand, we must carry forward the ability to think independently, and when we encounter problems, we consciously strive to solve them independently, so that we can have a deeper understanding of the problem and benefit from it when it is solved.

The internship began in the second week and has gradually entered the state. I started to get in touch with some businesses. The company also knows that I am a very new newcomer to sales, so I just started to let me communicate with customers by phone.

From now on, you need to talk to the customer, to be able to understand the customer's intentions, and to accurately convey the company and the company's product-related information to the customer. This requires me to be quite familiar with some of the company's own business processes and product features. So every day I go to work, I will go earlier than my colleagues. I have prepared some information to be checked at any time. Of course, if this information can be put in my mind, it would be better, so I will read it several times as soon as I have time. Memorize in the chest.

Work is still relatively smooth, usually accepting multiple calls every day, the phone is usually short, just need to make some relevant introductions, of course, some customers need more detailed information, so I need to be global We all make a description and try to let the other party know more about our products. The most important thing is to make them feel that our products are very good. Although I think that eloquence is not good, I can make things clearer and so satisfy customers. Every time I make the customer happy to hang up the phone, I feel very solid in my heart. Although I have already talked about it, I thought that maybe I just got a business just now, even if it is hard work, it is worth it. of.

The work is hard, especially one or two days before the weekend. The phone number is very special. It seems that everyone wants to finish some things before the weekend and wait for a rest during the holiday.

It’s easy to mess with a phone call. Fortunately, some colleagues are working together, and more often they help me. Sometimes I help them. Helping each other also makes the problem easier to solve.

On the weekend, the manager asked me to have a meal, to take care of me, and expressed my satisfaction with my work during this time.

After two weeks of training, I found that my progress was quite fast, even for sales positions that I had never touched before, and I also had a deeper understanding of the sales line. I still communicated with customers through the phone this week. Occasionally go out to interview customers.

Because of the relatively restrained self, the first interview with the client was rather tense and not very smooth. However, after an experience, it has improved a lot. Together with the encouragement of managers and colleagues, I tried to courageously cope, slow. It’s a lot better. No longer will be in a strange situation. Today, in the face of experience, my customers who are richer than my rich experience can also familiarize us with our products through a concise and clear expression, so that they can have a stronger interest in our products.

People tend to be like this. If they haven’t experienced it, they never know what it is like. It’s really that difficult, or not. So, no matter what, even if it’s completely strange, just have the opportunity. Must try and try to do it well. Because there is no experience, then more preparation is needed. The other is not to be afraid of failure, just do it with your heart. When you are proficient, success will be a matter of course. For example, my first interview with the customer, although I did not do well enough, or can be said to have failed, but through this attempt, I have benefited a lot, and I have played a great role in the success of several missions after me. Usually I am swaying in the bedroom, I feel that the days are too slow and boring. In the company, it is completely different. Every day, the state of work is tense, and there is no time to consider other things. So unconsciously, I found out that my short month was going to pass. In fact, if you can, I really want to stay a few more days, although I may not be engaged in this industry, this post, but this experience is real, I feel that I am making progress every day, I can touch new things every day. , absorbed a little bit. When I first stepped into the society, I had a deep feeling. I was in the same sentence: society is the best university. Sure enough.



A month's time, although short, can be learned a lot. If you quickly adapt to the company's environment, integrate into the corporate group, how to better communicate with colleagues and better accomplish the set tasks. These are not handy. All need a gradual understanding from point to point. All of what I have learned today will have a profound impact on my future employment. For me, real employment is not far off.
