Strengthening the building of spiritual civilization

1. Pay attention to the construction of ideological and theory, adopt a variety of learning methods, organize party members and cadres to study theories earnestly, and strive to maintain a high degree of consistency with the party committees at higher levels in ideological and political terms.

2. Strengthen work style construction and continuously improve service standards. Guide party members to love and dedication, obey the law and abide by the law, shape a good image of party members, and truly play the vanguard and exemplary role of party members.

3. Intensify the efforts of the legal publicity work, focusing on the "Village Organization Law" and the "Village Autonomy Law." The Law on the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests, the Law on Population and Project Birth, and so on, improve the legal sufficiency of party members and cadres.

Strengthening ideological education

1. Gradually improve the learning system, strictly study discipline, conscientiously do a good job in in-depth study and practice the second and third phases of the scientific development concept, study notes and attendance checks to ensure the political quality of party members.

2. Do a good job in the development of new party members and the collection of party fees. In strict accordance with the party member development program, the development of new party members in quality and quantity. 3. Make full use of the modern distance education platform of rural party members and carry out the electrification education of party members. According to the actual situation of our village, there are plans to organize party members and cadres to go out for study and study.

Construction of village-level cadres. Focus on five aspects of work: First, strengthen education and training. The four norms are to standardize the construction of grassroots organizations, standardize the work of party building in county and townships, standardize the management of mobile party members, and standardize the affiliation of party organizations.

Standardize the construction of grassroots organizations. Focusing on "the establishment of grassroots organizations, the peace of grassroots cadres, and the stability of grassroots society", we will comprehensively improve the construction of various software and hardware facilities for grassroots organizations, establish and implement management systems, standardize operational use, and highlight the construction of village-level organizations. We will focus on building village-level organization activities as a decision-making platform, education and training platform, people's livelihood service platform and cultural life platform, and give full play to its role of “one position and multiple functions”; combined with the Finance Bureau, the Construction Bureau, and the Development Bureau, during the year.
